KIDS WAVE POOL (Special Facility)
1- Is this attraction allowed for all guests?
- This attraction is dedicated to kids and can only be accessed by guests with a height range of 1.37 meters below / supervising companions who purchased the standard CYAN tickets (Blue wristbands). Other supervising companions with different wristbands aren’t allowed in this attraction.
2- Are companions allowed in this attraction?
- Companions with a standard CYAN ticket (Blue wristband) are allowed while supervising companions without the blue wristband aren’t allowed in this attraction.
3- Is there a maximum and minimum height for this attraction?
- Guests with a height of 1.37 meters below can access this attraction. Supervising companions above 1.37 meters with a standard CYAN ticket (Blue wristband) are also allowed. Please note that kids below 1.2 meters are required to be accompanied by a responsible adult and also be within arm's reach at all times.
4- Is there a maximum and minimum weight for this attraction?
- There isn’t a weight limit for this attraction.
5- Are tubes/rafts allowed at the kid's wave pool?
- Rafts/tubes aren’t permitted to be used in and around the kid’s wave pool because they are seen as an obstruction to other guests and our lifeguards.
6- Is it a must to wear lifejackets at the wave pool?
- There are complimentary lifejackets around the kid’s wave pool. It is a must for kids below 1.2 meters to wear a life jacket. In addition, it is strongly suggested that weak/non-swimmers wear life jackets at all times.
7- Can I dive at the kid’s wave pool?
- Diving in and around the kid’s wave pool is prohibited. This safety measure has been put in place to prevent injuries/aquatic emergencies.
8- Can I swim in all the areas of the kid’s wave pool?
- Swimming is not permitted in some areas of the kid’s wave pool. These areas have been highlighted with yellow buoy lines. Please refrain from holding, hanging on, or going past these buoy lines.
9- Which items are not allowed in this attraction?
- All forms of loose items (e.g. jewelry, phones without waterproof phone pouches, inappropriate swimwear, etc.) aren’t allowed at this attraction.
10- Is regular clothing allowed in this attraction?
- The only permitted costumes on this attraction are recognized swimwear. Inappropriate swimwear (e.g. cotton, jeans, wool, chinos, khaki, etc.) is not allowed to be worn inside our attraction.
11- Can lifeguards stop me from accessing the pool if they notice any rule violations?
- Yes, the lifeguards are solely in charge of this area. The Lifeguards have the right to prevent a guest from accessing the pool if the guest doesn’t comply with all the requirements or violates the set rules and regulations repeatedly. This safety measure has been put in place to prevent injuries/aquatic emergencies.
12- What would happen if I ignore the lifeguard’s instructions, engage in horseplay, jump, or dive into the pool?
- This act is classed as a significant safety violation and any guest found doing this will be ejected immediately from the waterpark or handed over to law enforcement officers. Please adhere to the instructions of the lifeguards.
13- Is it permitted to smoke in the pool?
- Smoking is not allowed in our pools, we have designated smoking areas inside the waterpark. Please ask a lifeguard for the nearest smoking area.
14- Can I play sports (football/volleyball/basketball/Frisbees) in the pool?
- The wave pool is only designed for swimming. Sports activities like football, volleyball, basketball, and Frisbees aren’t allowed in the pool. We have a designated area inside the waterpark for sports activities.
15- Can I sit or stand on the elevated part of the wave pool?
- For safety reasons; Guests aren’t allowed to sit and stand on the elevated part of the wave pool. These areas are pathways designed for emergency extrication.
16- Can expectant mothers or guests with varying health conditions access the kid’s wave pool?
- This attraction is not recommended for expectant mothers, or persons with a history of neck, back, joint, or heart problems because ocean-like waves generate during operation.
17- Are ABAYAS allowed inside the pool?
- For the safety of everyone, ABAYA is an inappropriate swimwear and it is prohibited in the water. There are varieties of modest swimwear available in our retail shop.
18- Is jumping, running/horseplay allowed in and around the pool/waterpark?
- Running, jumping ropes, and other forms of horseplay are highly prohibited in and around the pool/attractions/waterpark. We highly recommend that guests refrain from doing this and also that, parents and guardians restrict their kids from running or involving in horseplay.
19- Are DIAPERS a must for kids?
Waterproof Diapers are a must for kids who are non-potty trained. This measure has been put in place to avoid water contamination and the closure of the attractions.
SPLASH PARK (Toddlers, Kids, and Companions)
1- Is this attraction allowed for all guests?
- This attraction can be accessed by toddlers, kids who are 1.37 meters, and a supervising companion. Please take note that supervising companions aren’t allowed to play in this attraction alone.
2- Are companions allowed in this complex?
- Yes, companions are allowed only if they are with their kids. It is a must for guests or kids below 1.06 meters to be accompanied by a responsible adult and also be within arm's reach at all times.
3- Is there a maximum/minimum height and weight for these rides?
- The attractions in this complex are mainly for toddlers, kids who are 1.37 meters and below, and a supervising companion.
4- Is CYAN Express Pass applicable in these attractions?
- CYAN Xpress line is not applicable in the kids' complexes. CYAN Xpress pass is only applicable on the big attractions which requires riders of 1.2 meters and above.
5- Are rafts/tubes allowed in this complex?
- This attraction comprises different splash attractions. Rafts/tubes of any kind aren’t allowed in and around this attraction.
6- Which items are not allowed on these rides?
- All forms of loose items (e.g. abaya, jewelry, phones without waterproof phone pouches, inappropriate swimwear, rubber sole aqua shoes, etc.) aren’t allowed at these attractions.

This safety measure has been put in place to prevent injuries/aquatic emergencies.

- This act is classed as a significant safety violation and any guest found doing this will be ejected immediately from the waterpark or handed over to law enforcement officers. Please adhere to the instructions given by the lifeguard and follow all safety protocols.
10- Are ABAYAS allowed to be worn at the kid’s areas or other attractions in the waterpark?

1- Is this attraction allowed for all guests?
- This attraction can be accessed by kids who are 1.37 meters and below, including supervising companions. Kids under 1.06 meters may ride with a supervising companion.
2- Are companions allowed in this complex?
- Yes, companions are allowed but can only ride with guests/kids that are 1.06 meters below. To ensure maximum safety, the supervising companions mustn’t exceed 136kg in weight and please take note that supervising companions aren’t allowed to ride these attractions alone.
3- Is there a maximum/minimum height and weight for these rides?
- The attractions in this complex are mainly for kids who have a height range of 1.37 meters and below. For safety reasons, the supervising companion mustn’t exceed 136kg in weight. Please note that kids below 1.06 meters in height may be unable to access the big rides in this complex due to safety concerns.
4- Is CYAN Express Pass applicable in these attractions?
- CYAN Xpress pass is not applicable in the kids' complexes. CYAN Xpress pass is only applicable on the big attractions which requires riders of 1.2 meters and above.
5- Can I choose which lane/flume to ride in this complex?
- Yes, you can choose your desired lane/flume to ride on.
6- Can I wear life jackets or use tubes on the body slides?
- All the slides here are mainly body slides, hence tubes and life jackets aren’t permitted to be used. However, Life jackets can be used in the ponds/shallow areas at the bottom of the attraction.
7- Which items are not allowed on these rides?
- All forms of loose items (e.g. jewelry, phones without waterproof phone pouches, inappropriate swimwear, rubber sole aqua shoes, etc.) aren’t allowed on these attractions.
8- Is regular clothing allowed on these rides?

11- Are guests permitted to swim in the catch pool?
- Swimming is not allowed in rides catch pools, there are dedicated areas for swimming such as the Wave Pools and Lazy River.
12- Are kids permitted to walk on the surface of the slides?
- Walking on the surface of the attraction while the slides are in operation is highly prohibited. This could result in injuries, hence the reason why it isn’t permitted.
13- Can I take the kids’ slide tubes with me to another area?
- Kids’ slide tubes aren’t permitted to be carried around while in the waterpark. They are to be used only in the designated areas.
14- Can expectant mothers or guests with varying health conditions access these attractions?
- This attraction is not recommended for expectant mothers, or persons with a history of neck, back, joint, or heart problems due to the fact these rides have different characteristics (steeps, turns, & varying thrills levels).
15- Are ABAYAS allowed at the kid’s areas or other attractions in the waterpark?
- For the safety of everyone, ABAYA is an inappropriate swimwear and it is prohibited in the water. There are varieties of modest swimwear available in our retail shop.

MINI CYAN (Purple Pipeline & Mini Tornado, Mini Bowl)
1- Is this attraction allowed for all guests?
- This attraction can be accessed by kids who are 1.37 meters and below, including supervising companions. Due to safety reasons, kids under 1.06 meters aren’t permitted to ride in these games.
2- Are companions allowed in this complex?
- Yes, companions are allowed but can only ride with guests/kids who can hold on to the handles of the tubes firmly and are between 1.06 meters and 1.37 meters. To ensure maximum safety, the supervising companions mustn’t exceed 114kg in weight and please take note that supervising companions aren’t allowed to ride these attractions alone.
3- Is there a maximum/minimum height and weight for these rides?
- The tube attractions in this complex are mainly for kids who have a height range between 1.06 meters and 1.37 meters. For safety reasons, the supervising companion mustn’t exceed 114kg in weight. Please take note that kids below 1.06 meters in height may not be able to access the tube rides in this complex due to safety concerns.
4- Is CYAN Express Pass applicable in these attractions?
- CYAN Xpress pass is not applicable in the kids' complexes. CYAN Xpress pass is only applicable on the big attractions which requires riders of 1.2 meters and above.
5- Can I choose which position to sit on the tube attraction in this complex?
- The dispatch lifeguard is the sole determinant of the seating sequence of each rider. The seating sequence will be based on the weight of the riders.
6- Can I wear life jackets on the tube slides?
- Life jackets aren’t permitted to be worn while riding. However, they can be used in the ponds/shallow areas at the bottom of the attraction.
7- Is there a raft conveyor for these rides?
- There isn’t any raft conveyor for the rides in this complex, the riders shall queue at the line near the catch pool and carry their rafts with them to the dispatch point.
